A cosy second floor two bedroom property situated on the seafront with fantastic views over the Clyde estuary. The apartment is well maintained and offers a touch of luxury with great attention to detail.

Although ideal for singles or couples, there is a second bedroom with a single bed and a slide out additional guest bed providing comfortable sleeping accomodation for a maximum of 4 people.

The lounge has a bay window with the 'Big View', and has a wall mounted 50" flat screen television with Freeview.    Superfast Wi-Fi is installed!

The kitchen has all that you require to make snacks and full meals with gas cooking hob, electric fan oven and grill, fridge and microwave, coffee machine and all utensils.

The bathroom has a bath and an electric shower, also there is a separate area with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing facilites are also available.

We would hope that you will feel that this property is a very comfortable centrally heated home from home and we are just a telephone call away should you require any assistance. A welcome pack is provided to let you have a tea or coffee and snack as soon as you arrive.

All good quality cotton bed linen and fluffy white towels are provided. All you need to do is turn up!

	The lounge and dining area have an elevated position looking across the Clyde Estuary. There is always a lot to see, from small fishing boats to giant cruise liners.
The kitchen is fitted with everything you will require to make a full meal or simply to provide some snacks and drinks.
